It Was Not My Phone. Thirty Years of Discipline, Broken by Overwork

Why the tech-blame story on burnout misses the actual problem, and what I did the same morning I lost my routine to get it back

I have trained ten or more hours a week for thirty years. Last week, my routine fell apart completely, and it was not my phone that did it. It was stress and overwork.
